Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of SEBI Law, Listing Regulation
- Handling compliance under SEBI Listing Regulations
- Drafting Agenda papers, and minutes of Board Meetings; Various Committee meetings; and Shareholder meetings
- Drafting of Board Report of Listed Company
- Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers/records
- Filing of various e-forms with ROC
- Expected to have a thorough knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant corporate laws
- Responsible for all secretarial matters relating to the company under the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Law
Preferred candidate profile
2 to 4 Years (Must have experience of working in Listed Company)
