Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing visually appealing newsletters, presentations, event participation creatives, calendars, and special festival graphics, including but not limited to Womens Day, Fathers Day, and other seasonal and celebratory events. This role requires a keen eye for design, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a passion for creating engaging and impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Newsletter Design:

• Design visually appealing and engaging newsletters for internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with content teams to create layouts that highlight key messages while maintaining a clean and professional design.
• Optimize newsletter designs for email platforms, ensuring readability and visual appeal on various devices.

Presentation Design:

• Create captivating PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Design templates, charts, graphs, and visuals that enhance presentation content and make it easy to communicate ideas effectively.

Event Participation Creatives:

• Design creatives for event participation, including banners, posters, social media posts, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to ensure that designs align with the events branding and messaging.

Calendar & Festival Creatives:

• Develop and design monthly and yearly calendars with visually striking layouts.
• Create festival-themed graphics for key occasions such as Womens Day, Fathers Day, Diwali, Christmas, and other important holidays.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with company branding and tone for various seasonal campaigns.

Social Media and Digital Assets:

• Develop social media graphics and creatives, including images and animations, for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively engages the target audience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and communication teams to align design concepts with overall marketing strategies.
• Provide creative input for various projects and campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs reflect the companys brand, voice, and identity across all materials.
• Keep up to date with design trends and adjust creative approaches to ensure modern and fresh visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote for creating presentations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and designing digital assets for them.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of design trends, especially for digital and social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Photography or illustration skills are a bonus.
