Relationship Manager - Banking (3-5 yrs)

- Reach out to clients to discuss matters related to the clients' portfolio(s)

- Arrange logistics, create presentation materials, host internal pre-meeting, manage meeting, responsible for follow-up and documentation in Salesforce

- Broaden existing relationships through solutions-based cross-sales in partnership with Senior RMs, sales and consultant relations

- Building and maintaining relationships with key sell-side counterparts

- Creating and implementing strategic business goals

- Collaborating with our research team to propose and investigate potential new signals for our models

- Assist in the implementation of the strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets for the Contracting function

- Support the Head of Contracting Sector in the development of Key Performance Indicators for the purpose of systematic performance monitoring and quality measurement of the Contracting function and monitoring their achievements

- Support in meeting target budgets for new contracting client relationships for the Contracting function, in accordance with the bank's overall corporate budget and strategy

- Setting up or participate in annual action and marketing plans, for each customer, within the department
