Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using software (3ds Max).
• Need 3D Visualizer with architectural exterior/interior modeling and rendering experience.
• Rendering: Create photorealistic renderings using software like V-Ray, Corona,.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into visual presentations.
• Conceptual Visualization: Generate quick concept visualizations to support the design development process.
• Material and Lighting: Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting to enhance the realism of the visualizations.
• Post-Production: Utilize software such as Photoshop or After Effects for post-production work on renderings.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visualizations that meet quality standards.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in 3D visualization and architectural design.

Desired Candidate:

• Education: Degree/Diploma/ Course of 3Ds Max  and rendering .
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably within an architectural and Interior designer firm.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop)
