Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic growth for e-commerce websites, possess a deep understanding of recent SEO updates, and demonstrate proficiency in data-driven report generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize performance across various digital platforms while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce SEO Management
• Optimize product pages, category pages, and overall site structure for better search engine visibility.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored for e-commerce platforms to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
2. Algorithm Updates and Compliance
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Implement strategies to ensure compliance with core updates, avoiding penalties and improving rankings.
3. On-Page and Technical SEO
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize meta tags, headers, content, and images for improved search visibility.
• Address technical SEO issues like crawl errors, broken links, and site speed improvements.
4. Off-Page SEO
• Develop effective link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, shareable content.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Generate detailed SEO performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Track and measure campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices.

• Provide recommendations for UX/UI improvements that align with SEO goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, specifically with e-commerce websites.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing large-scale websites.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, or similar e-commerce systems.
• Certification in SEO or related fields.
• Knowledge of international and local SEO strategies.
