NodeJS and ReactJS Developer

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Developers with expertise in Node.js or React.js to develop scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Node or React Project development, working with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js or Node.js.
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express.js.
3. Build and manage dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React.js and Redux/Context API.
4. Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
5. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
6. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or similar methods.
7. Work with databases like MongoDB, MS SQL, or MySQL and manage data flow efficiently.
8. Debug, test, and improve application security and performance.
9. Deploy and manage applications on cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
11. Conducting website performance and usability tests.
12. Meeting publication deadlines.
13. Providing user support.

Skills & Experience

1. 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development with React.js or Node.js.
2. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional but preferred).
3. Proficiency in React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
4. Experience with Express.js, Nest.js (optional), and building RESTful APIs.
5. Knowledge of MongoDB, MS SQL, MySQL, or other databases.
6. Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
7. Experience in writing unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
8. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
9. Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
10. Exposure to GraphQL (Apollo Server/Client) is a plus.
