Manager/Senior Manager- Distribution & Supply Chain

Role & responsibilities:

List of job responsibilities not limited to:

• Candidate should have preferably handled distribution & Supply Chain in similar line of products of ours (Narcotics & Psychotropic).
• Looking for (Domestic business)
• Ensuring best service levels to customers in terms of Fulfilment of orders, returns, grievances, settlements
• Ensuring financial and operational controls in Secondary Distribution through robust processes. - Interfacing with all external agencies like AWDs, Trade Associations etc.
• Team Handling.
• Responsible to provide long term forecasts for budgeting & long-range planning.
• Responsible for long range capacity planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in S&OP Meetings and balance demand gaps to maximise profitability.
• Hands of experience in Supply chain planning activities to delivering business value through implementation of best practices in Healthcare & Pharma supply chain.
• Responsible for stock audits for all CFA (Medical & Pharma).
• Responsible for closing activities for Medical & Pharma sector.
• Reviewing vendor (CFA, Non-Stocks vendors & Transportation) performance through multiple KPIs.
• Participate in review meetings for different vendors related to Customer complaints, Transportation to maximize profitability.
