Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Handle grievances and employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Conduct generalist activities such as administration, and performance management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective grievance handling and employee relations.
  
• Proficiency in recruitment software systems (e.g. ATS) for efficient candidate tracking.
