We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist Assistant Manager - HR Category with experience in the US Health Care Medical Billing sector to join our team in Coimbatore immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities
1. Job Description & Sourcing: Frame and revise job descriptions, source candidates via job portals, social media, and consultancies, and use headhunting techniques for efficient talent acquisition.
2. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-person and phone screenings, coordinate interviews with department managers, and follow up with shortlisted candidates to facilitate walk-ins and direct interviews.
3. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate employment terms, finalize CTC and targets, draft offers, manage onboarding, and handle recruitment-related communications.
4. Tracking & Outreach: Update dashboards with recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire) and build commercial awareness through job fairs and recruitment events.
Generalized HR Responsibilities
1. Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee daily attendance tracking, manage leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies for attendance and leave.
2. HR Reporting: Maintain and update HR reports, monitor key metrics, and provide regular updates on recruitment, attendance, and other HR activities to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
Cab Management Responsibilities
1. Cab Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage cab schedules for employees, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off arrangements in coordination with transport vendors.
2. Cost & Compliance Monitoring: Track cab usage, manage transportation costs within budget, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies related to employee transportation.
Key Skills:
- Sound knowledge of HR protocols, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record in controlling attrition rates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical and analytical abilities.
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:
