Rupyz is a fast-growing B2B e-commerce company revolutionizing supply chain management. As we expand our business, we are launching a new segment Distribution as a Service (DaaS)aimed at helping brands scale their distribution network efficiently. We are looking for experienced professionals who can drive distributor & retail market expansion, manage teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor & Retail Market Development: Identify and onboard distributors, super stockists, and retailers to expand the network.
• Sales & Distribution Management: Oversee sales operations in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) markets.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Officers (SOs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and other field executives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, super stockists, and key retail partners.
• Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance brand visibility.
• Revenue Growth: Drive sales and ensure targets are met while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and implement improvements for better performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in FMCG/CPG sales & distribution.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) dynamics.
• Team Management: Prior experience in managing and leading teams (SOs, ASMs, etc.).
• Distributor & Super Stockist Management: Experience in handling distribution networks, channel sales, and retail partnerships.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Location: Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to NCR.
