Manager - Social Media
Role:
- Social Media Lead The Social Media Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with Rupeezy's business goals and brand identity.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Increase followers and engagement on Rupeezy's social media channels through innovative strategies and content.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our brand reach.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
