Role & responsibilities:

• Monthly Progress Monitoring, Monitoring Day to Day activity.
• Comparing the lookahead schedule (Plan Vs Actual).
• Tracking schedule with critical task and further delay analysis and mitigation plan .
• Continuous Coordination with the team for the progress and communicating the factors affecting the progress.
• Creating reports like Site weekly reports, Monthly reports, Delay reports and Client Progress Reports.
• Conducting Progress Review meeting at site level having communication with contractor, Project planning discussion for Delay Mitigation.

Preferred candidate profile:

Real Estate Industry.
