Role & responsibilities

• Registration, Renewal, amendment under The Contract Labour (Regulation And Abolition) Act, 1970.
• Registration, Renewal, amendment under The Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Services) Act, 1996.
• Registration under Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
• Registration under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.
• Registration, Renewal, amendment under Maharashtra Shops and Establishment (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 2017.
• Registration, amendment under The Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975. (PTRC & PTEC).
• Registration, amendment under Maharashtra Labour welfare fund Act, 1953.
• Online Challan preparation and remittance under Labour welfare fund act.
• Registration under POSH Act.
• Handling inspection and preparation of related documents under PF, ESIC, CLRA and BOCW act.
• Liaisoning with the Government authorities for the issues like PF, ESIC, S&E, LWF, PT, Police department.
• Submission of Various returns under the various labour laws in respective labour office i.e. Bandra, Thane, and Kalyan Labour Offices.
• Monthly attendance working and input send to consultant for salary working.
• Preparation of MIS report.
• Statutory Compliance Audits & assessments under various labour related statutes.
• Preparation of Branch Visit report in respect of compliance Audit.
• Vendor Biometric Registration newly join employee.
• Daily and monthly Biometric reports of vendors send to concern person.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate who has handled / handling similar role will be given preference.
• Real Estate work experience (current or previous) will be and added advantage.
