Job Summary

• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment’s.
• Attending break down calls and carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and reduce repeats.
• Providing technical support to the customers.
• Ensuring effective management of spares.
• Ensuring timely and proper documentation and submission of Service Visit Vouchers, Preventive Maintenance Report etc.
• Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Providing technical support to other FSEs as and when required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven field service experience Level
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Communication – English/ Local Language literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Technical degree or Certification
