Executive Assistant For CEO

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of administrative staff, office assistants, and support staff.
• Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure that executives are updated on key milestones.
• Organize company events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including facility management and vendor co-ordination.
• Ensure the maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to create a conducive work environment.
• Co-ordinate with critical customers for understanding & planning requirements & ensuring smooth supplies
• Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and other strategic planning activities.
• Assist management in Capex procurement for new projects - Negotiate contracts, handle procurement. Also Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a trading or similar environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
