Are you someone with an in-depth understanding of ETL and a strong background in developing IDMC- ETL-based solutions who develop, document, unit test, and maintain ETL applications and deliver- successful code meeting customer expectations.

We are looking for a IDMC Lead developer to join our Data leverage team - a team of high-energy- individuals who thrive in a rapid-pace and agile product development environment.

As a Lead Developer,- you will provide accountability in the ETL and Data Integration space, from the development phase- through delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager and client teams.

Your prime responsibilities will be to develop bug free code with proper unit testing and documentation. Also support- team in coordinating and code review and mentor accordingly. You will provide inputs to planning,- estimation, scheduling, and coordination of technical activities related to ETL-based applications.

You will be responsible for meeting development schedules and delivering high-quality ETL-based- solutions that meet technical specifications and design requirements ensuring customer satisfaction.

You- are expected to possess good knowledge in one or more of these ETL tools - IDMC, Informatica, and- Matillion.

Responsibilities :

Following are the day-to-day work activities :

- Experience in Informatica Cloud Data Integration processes by constructing mappings, tasks, task flows, schedules, and parameter files.

- Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL Mapping documentation.

- Good understanding of CDI and CAI modules of IDMC.

- Good understanding of database designs / SQL.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.

- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.

- Hands on experience on support activities, able to create and resolve the tickets - Jira,- ServiceNow.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills with proven strength in applying- root-cause analysis.

- Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization- in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels.

- Dedicated to excellence in one's work; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and- thorough.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in ETL tools; IDMC CDI and CAI (Primary), Informatica- (Secondary).

- Experience of working in Onsite/Offshore model.

- 7+ years of experience in Informatica, with 4+ years of experience in IICS/IDMC inclusive.

- Strong desire to develop problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- IDMC certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Must to have knowledge on IDMC/IICS, SQL, RDBMS.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
