Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate the best deals.
• Manage contracts, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Administer purchases, expenses, and account documentation.
• Oversee cash management and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
• Handle employee reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
• Manage Rubicos store and assets effectively.
• Provide support to finance and admin teams as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial documentation and accounts management.
• Proficiency in vendor management, including finding the best deals.
• Knowledge of Request for Quotation(RFQ) and Request for Proposal(RFP) creation processes.
• Expertise in purchase and record management, including regular business expenses and cash handling.
• Familiarity with employee reimbursements and expense reporting.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliation and submit accurate financial reports.
• Effective store and assets management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
