Skills Trainer - Finance & SAP

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should ideally be a Commerce / Finance post graduate
• SAP certified / trained professional (desirable, any module)
• Past experience as a Teacher/Trainer is desirable though freshers with good soft skills can also apply
• Candidates shall conduct Business Process (ERP) and Finance related training for audiences ranging from 12th Pass / Diploma students to working professionals
• Effective orientation and induction sessions for the participants should be conducted by the trainer
• To provide the best learning possible, the trainer should exhibit the essential core training concepts, such as facilitation, teaching, and classroom management
• Ideally, the trainings are conducted online. However, applicants must be willing to travel across Maharashtra to conduct trainings in person at different locations
• Promote the training course to attract more participants
• Excellent communication / presentation skills is a must to deliver training to a large group
• Proficient in using online tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom / Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Maintain relevant documents related to the training and trainees
• MIS of all trainings conducted, after every training session with attendance records, topics covered, etc. (or as per format provided)
• The trainer should interact with the batch of students and address their everyday problems.
• Take feedback from all trainees during and post training
• Take all necessary sign-offs from relevant people at the time of finishing the course
• Selected candidates shall be provided training which is mandatory to clear
• Any other activity that is deemed necessary at the time and as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Finance / Accounts Graduate
• Fresher or with relevant experience
• SAP Certified / trained
• Relevant National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) certified
• Prior coaching experience
• Fluent in English, Marathi, Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
