• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphic designs for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Collaborate with team members, including creative directors, writers, and project managers, to ensure designs meet client needs and brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to deliver fresh and innovative designs.
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on client feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
