Infra Modern Work, Senior Associate

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, architecture, capabilities, implementation requirements, integrations, and future roadmap
• Hands on experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of Power Platform best practices to offer the best solutions to customers
• Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients
• Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree or Certification in IT-related field
• Minimum three to five years' experience with related automation technologies such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Nintex for Office 365, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
• Experience with building solutions in Microsoft 365
• IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills

Shift: 2PM to 11PM IST.
