Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead/Senior Tech Lead-IT Infrastructure to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting complex IT infrastructures ensuring system reliability security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of servers storage and network equipment ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Security: Implement and manage security protocols firewalls and access controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
Monitoring Troubleshooting: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues ensuring minimal downtime and service interruptions.
Backup Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans ensuring data integrity and availability.
User Support: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users addressing complex issues related to hardware software and network connectivity.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations processes and troubleshooting guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support projects system upgrades and migrations.
Training Mentorship: Mentor junior staff members and provide training on system administration best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in system administration/ IT Infrastructure or a similar role.
Any Certification in Systems Engineering/Virtual Desktop specialist or any would be plus
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
Proficient in virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).
Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
Operating systems which includes Linux MS Windows and Apple Mac oS X
In-depth understanding of networking protocols firewalls and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
