Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our team who will be responsible for maintaining accounting and bookkeeping for SME clients and CPA firms using cloud-based software such as Quickbooks Online and Xero.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and will be tasked with preparing financial statements for submission to tax authorities.
- Additionally, the candidate will maintain data entries in accounting software, work on bank reconciliations, and conduct internet and market research.
- Proficiency in Excel-based calculations is also required to assist in financial reporting and analysis.
- Should be familiar with Payroll Setup, PayRun processing and Payroll Tax Payment.
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Proficient in advanced excel.
