Urgent Opening For Sales Professionals - Orissa

Position Overview:

As a Sales Professional at RR Kabel, based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for managing sales support data and providing in-depth knowledge of wires, cables, mcb, switches and specialized products.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 5 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

Achieve Sales Target as per the annual budget plan

Increase the penetration of new outlets as per the annual budget plan

Drive sales volume and Value in existing counters, increase frequency of bill cuts to meet desired objectives

Plan & execute BTL Marketing activity plan as per the annual budget plan( Nukkad, Kabel Shop and other promotional activities)

Perform Market Visit as per the beat plan and necessary working in Field Assist

6

Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Annual Sales and Marketing activity reports as per management requirement

Understanding of Wire and cables industry, Electrical Retail Market, Product range knowledge.

Optimistic, Self-Motivated and display skills of a Good team player.

Willingness to work on bike in market (Mandatory)

Candidate should be currently working in Wires and Cables Industry and have strong relationship especially with Retailers and Electricians of the assigned territory.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Energetic, Passionate, Sincere, disciplined and motivated to grow.

Having good knowledge and relations with Interiors/Architects and Electricians of the territory in order to drive secondary sales.
