Position Title: Process Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports To: Managing Director (MD)


Position Overview:
The Process Coordinator will support the Managing Director (MD) in managing day-to-day operations within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that all team members adhere to organizational processes and systems. The Process Coordinator will work across various business units to ensure that projects run smoothly, timelines are adhered to, and any issues are swiftly addressed. They will play a key role in facilitating effective communication and driving solutions across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all organizational processes are being followed consistently across teams.
  • Maintain and update trackers regularly to ensure accurate project tracking and progress monitoring.
  • Identify bottlenecks or issues in ongoing projects and resolve them proactively.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely and clear manner.
  • Generate and share daily progress reports with management, highlighting key updates and concerns.
  • Engage with employees at all levels to drive progress and ensure alignment with organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions.
  • Provide support in streamlining operations and increasing overall efficiency.

  • Strong Follow-up Skills: Ensures that tasks and responsibilities are tracked and completed within deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Able to clearly communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions independently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and find practical solutions.
  • Good Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to Prioritize: Skilled in determining what tasks and projects are most important and ensuring their completion.
  • Process-Oriented: Focused on ensuring that workflows and processes are followed, optimized, and improved where necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with a background in coordination, administration, or back-office operations will be preferred.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or as an administrator is a plus.
  • Stable career history and a strong desire to stay long-term in a supportive role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a wide variety of employees.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in a coordinating or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational processes and project management systems.
  • Prior experience with project tracking tools and report generation is an advantage.
