Trainee - API R&D

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Coordinate and drive activities under guidance of Group Leader/Head of Department.

2. Conduct literature survey of assigned project.

3. Plan & execute experiments as instructed and discussed.

4. Discuss reaction observations with GL / HOD

5. Records experiments in the laboratory note book as per SOP, update and get checked by seniors.

6. Follow up for analysis and collect analytical reports from ADL, interpret the results.

7. Record analysed results like chromatograms, chemical analysis etc. in the lab note book.

8. Maintain experimental and analysis reports.

9. Prepare & follow Plan of Action for all development activities as per proposed timelines.

10. Evaluate costing of the products to achieve target RMC.

11. Ensure proper storage of chemicals, samples, intermediates, analytical data and copies.

12. Support to QA and RA for necessary documentation and queries.

13. Technology transfer to plant, Contract manufacturing sites, documentation and implementation.

14. Follow safety rules and participate in safety trainings, related activities.

15. Raise indents and subsequently issue the chemicals/ glassware / equipments for lab.

16. Ensure disposal of waste solvents/ waste chemicals as per SOP.

17. Communicate team members with experimental details, precautions for reactions etc.

18. Ensure timely reporting to respective managers proactively.

19. Attend/ participate in inter/ intra organizational technical seminars/ general lectures / trainings / personality development trainings.
