JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. On-boarding / Joining Formalities.
2. Leave & Attendance Managements
3. Recruitment of junior level employees.
4. Payroll Management of Thane Location.
5. Full & Final Settlement.
6. To co-ordinate and monitoring Medical Insurance.
7. MIS related to HR Operations.
8. Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, Increment and confirmation letter.
9. Total compliance of PF ESIC matters includes payment remittances. Annual returns, withdrawals
& transfer, PF ESIC inspections.
10. Training Management software (TMS).
11. Preparation of SOPs Documentation and its implementation.
12. Maintaining training file for department, Periodic Revision of SOP, Change control and
Deviation form.
13. To update Learning Management Software and online implementation.
14. To conduct training program as per the training calendar, skill matrix.
15. Response & Compliance to Internal and External Audit.
16. To conduct training program as per the Training calendar, skill matrix.
17. Training files preparation activity of new joining employee in department.
18. To maintain the training records of HR Department.
19. EQMS, LMS, DMS digitalization.
20. To perform the Audit trial activity as per SOP.
21. Grievance handling processes in IR.
22. Tracking of QMS documents like deviation, change control and CAPA.
23. Procurement of Stationeries/Office Equipment & Housekeeping material.
24. Housekeeping of entire Thane Plant
