JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

Years of Experience: 03 to 07 years

Qualification: BE or B. Tech Electrical and Instrumentation

Job Summary:

Knowledge of piping materials (Valves, Pipe, fittings, hardware, gaskets and etc)

- Knowledge of the Procurement processes and capabilities , management process and Supply Chain Processes

- Strong knowledge of supplier networking and partnership development

- Knowledge and experience in purchase order administration including change management, monitoring supplier performance, backcharge procedures, and the resolution of claims and disputes.

- Knowledge of Procurement tools (e.g. SAP)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the production, manufacture, Eand customer order fulfilment

- Must understand the products/technical drawings.

- Able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements

- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities

- Flexibility in dealing with and resolving unexpected work changes to meet plan and schedule deadlines.

- Knowledge of electrical/instrument materials such as switchgear, transformers, cables, lightings, etc.

- Knowledge of the Procurement processes and capabilities , management process and Supply Chain Processes

- Strong knowledge of supplier networking and partnership development

Key Accountabilities

API Grade Seamless & ERW / SAW Pipes

Pipe Fittings & Flanges

Pumps

Valves Ball Valves, Butterfly, Gate Valves etc with API Grade

Skill/ Competencies

Technical: SAP, ERP, Procurement tools

Functional: Piping material, Electrical & Instrumentation, Switchgear, Transformer

Behavioural: Good communication skills
