We are looking for an experienced SAP IRPA Consultant to join our team and help clients leverage the power of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing SAP IRPA solutions, designing automation workflows, and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process automation and deliver innovative, scalable automation solutions.

Job responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation : Design, develop, and implement SAP IRPA solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks across various business functions, such as finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, and more.
Process Automation : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation using SAP IRPA. Create process maps and automation workflows based on business requirements.
Integration with SAP Systems : Integrate SAP IRPA with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and third-party applications to ensure seamless automation and data flow between systems.
Bot Development : Develop and configure bots using SAP IRPA Studio, including building automation scripts, defining workflows, and managing bot execution. Utilize SAP Intelligent RPA s Cloud Studio for cloud-based automation.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure that bots are functioning as expected. Perform end-to-end testing of RPA solutions, identifying and resolving issues.
Deployment & Monitoring : Oversee the deployment of bots in a production environment, monitoring bot performance, and ensuring high availability and stability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for RPA processes.
Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed SAP IRPA solutions. Ensure that bots continue to function effectively and efficiently.
Collaboration with Stakeholders : Collaborate with business users, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, define automation strategies, and deliver value-added solutions.
Process Optimization : Continuously assess the effectiveness of automation solutions and suggest improvements or optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Documentation & Training : Prepare comprehensive documentation for automation workflows, user guides, and bot management processes. Provide training to business users and IT teams on how to manage and maintain automated processes.
Stay Current with SAP Innovations : Keep up to date with SAP IRPA advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest new opportunities for automation and process improvement.
