Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Manager to create and oversee engaging recreational programs for our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will develop, coordinate, and manage a variety of activities that enhance guest experiences, from fitness and wellness programs to cultural events and family-friendly entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Event Management
- Design and implement a diverse range of recreational activities, including sports, wellness, cultural experiences, and entertainment programs.
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal activity schedules.
- Ensure all activities cater to different guest demographics, including families, couples, and solo travelers.
Guest Engagement & Customer Service
- Interact with guests to promote participation and ensure enjoyable experiences.
- Gather guest feedback to improve and tailor activity offerings.
- Handle special requests and personalized activity experiences.
