Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Real Estate or Consultancy sectors, with strong skills in property research, online listings, and client negotiation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects and communicate fluently in English and Hindi.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Research & Listing:
    • Conducted online property searches and uploading.
    • Maintain an updated database of available properties, locations, and market trends.

  • Client Coordination & Support:
    • Assist in client communication and negotiation to close property deals.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Prepare reports on property listings, market trends, and competitor analysis.

  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
    • Support the BD team in organizing meetings, site visits, and client interactions.
    • Handle documentation and ensure timely updates on CRM and property management software.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Real Estate or Consultancy
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is a must.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with online property portals and CRM software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
