Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele caller cum Receptionist in the jewelry industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong customer service orientation. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls and assisting visitors at our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Greet visitors at the reception area, provide a warm welcome, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.

Manage appointments, scheduling, and coordination of meetings with management as required.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence when needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.

Uphold company values and standards of customer service excellence at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and inquiries.
