RoundCircle - iOS App Developer - SWIFT/Objective C (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. iOS App Development :

- Lead the development of native iOS applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, performant, and adhere to best practices.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

2. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior iOS engineers, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members to ensure best practices are followed.

3. Architecture and Design : Collaborate with architects and designers to define the architecture and user experience of iOS applications.

4. Code Quality :

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.

- Promote a culture of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

5. Integration and APIs : Integrate with backend services and third-party APIs to enable robust and dynamic app features.

6. Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize app performance for various iOS devices and OS versions.

7. Security : Implement security best practices to protect user data and application integrity.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and refine app requirements and features.

9. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code documentation.

10. Troubleshooting : Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, providing timely resolutions.

11. Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an iOS Developer or Senior iOS Developer, with a strong background in iOS app development.

- Strong programming skills in Swift and Objective-C.

- Experience with iOS app development tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of iOS design patterns and best practices.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git) and collaborative development tools.

- Strong understanding of mobile app security best practices and common vulnerabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and influence team members.

- Knowledge of app distribution, including the App Store submission and updates.

- Knowledge of mobile app testing and automation is a plus
