What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for finance, accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate secretarial; other compliance, management reporting and administration:
- You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities encompassing finance finance, financial modelling.
- You will study, analyze and prepare report on trends and opportunities for expansion
- You will manage vendor, stakeholder relationships
- You will monitor banking activities of the organization
- You will prepare financial plans to allocate resources effectively for various operations.
- You will allocate resources to different assets like machinery, real estate, or financial instruments.
- You will help in obtaining funds through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.
- You will be preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide a snapshot of financial health.
- You will be assessing financial risks such as market fluctuations, credit risks, and operational risks.
- You will be monitoring Cash Flows: Tracking inflows (revenue) and outflows (expenses) to ensure liquidity.
- You will be identifying areas where costs can be reduced without impacting operations.
What do you have?
- Qualified CA
- You have 3-6 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience working with C-suite of consumer tech start up or investment banking/VC firms.
- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- You are strategic thinker who understands business opportunities to create competitive advantage.
- You have the ability to develop clear & concise documentation.
