Rosemallow Technologies - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Lightning Component Framework (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to deliver robust and scalable applications.

You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Develop and implement complex workflows, triggers, and validation rules.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.

- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure code quality.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Solution Design and Architecture :

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

- Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Lead technical discussions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Testing and Deployment :

- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests.

- Participate in deployment planning and execution.

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.

- Work within a CI/CD environment.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.

- Perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

- Experience with integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with test driven development.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. , Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System (LDS).

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Experience with DevOps practices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
