Sales AGM - Residential

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our sales team. We develop luxury gated communities around Bangalore and the sales team works in a fast pace environment to maximize revenue and develop healthy relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs and suitably pitch our homes
• Showcase our projects in an appealing fashion
• Develop healthy relationships with clients to engage them and gain their trust
• Handle negotiations for final sales closures
• Stay constantly updated with new marketing techniques in the industry to ensure latest practices
• Prepare timely periodic reports to document workflow and progress to senior management
• Work with, motivate and drive the sales team
• Work with other departments to improve the sales funnel and overall customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Good degree from a recognized university in India
• Professional fluency in at least 2 languages including English
• Strong verbal and analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and business acumen, adaptable with dynamic work environment and highly-team oriented
• Good leadership ability and experience in managing people
