Education Required : Bachelor's / Masters / PhD :

- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering

- Bachelors with 5 years or Masters with 3 years

Mandatory Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks)

- Experience with Python programming language (including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) is essential

- Deep hands-on experience building computer vision and anomaly detection systems involving algorithm development in fields such as image-segmentation

- Some experience with open-source OCR models

- Proficiency in working with large datasets and experience with feature engineering techniques is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the AI team to help build complex algorithms that provide unique insights into our data using images.

- Use agile software development processes to make iterative improvements to our back-end systems.

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in machine learning and data science, exploring new techniques and tools to apply within Customer's business context.

Optional Skills :

- Experience working with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Knowledge of computer vision techniques and experience with libraries like OpenCV

- Excellent Communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders.

- Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects.

- Working knowledge of Git/version control.

- Expertise in PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras.

- Excellent coding skills, especially in Python.

- Experience with Linux-Ubuntu based OS
