Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Support Engineer to manage L3 support for CDS CPQ Legacy Applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in frontend, backend, and database technologies, along with working knowledge of PHP.

Mandatory Skills :

Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Backend : Core Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP)

Database : MySQL

Additional : Working knowledge of PHP

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage L3 support for CDS CPQ Legacy Applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application support.

- Monitor application performance and optimize existing systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
