Job Description
- Seeking data from R D and preparation of block diagram, PFD, material balance, energy balance equipment sizing to set up pilot plant scheme.
- Candidate will work with RD chemist and their lead to finalise the exact scheme to get desire quality in pilot lab trials as well as in pilot plant.
- Candidate should work with RD, Marketing, QA Application department to achieve set targets in term of quality, quantity validation of the pilot products.
- Candidate should work with team to perform pilot trial batches at factory / hired pilot facility.
- Preparation of handover documents to perform BEP DEP by Process Tech. group.
- Once handover document preparation start candidate must spare good amount of time with Process Tech. group to clear the queries / ambiguities and to bring clarity to start BEP.
- Candidate will be involved (as when required) in all BEP documents Preparation to help Process Tech. group to avoid errors / mistakes
