Job Purpose:

The Credit Manager in the Central & Credit Unit is responsible for overseeing the credit evaluation, approval, and monitoring processes to ensure the organization's credit risk is effectively managed. This role ensures compliance with internal credit policies and external regulations, while supporting business growth through sound credit decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in credit management or a related field (CA Inter / ICWA / MBA Finance).
  
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data using Excel or similar tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
