Job Description
- Responsible for excellent mechanical dept. Performance and 100 % availability of the different production lines at the Dahej Factory and to plan and execute assigned department goals from time to time.
- To secure that all works and task of the section are carried out according to in force company rules and department processes.
- To follow up department objectives, elaborate action plans and determine the necessary resources in order to fulfil them.
- To identify & improve the skill sets of the teams and when required so as to achieve excellent performance of the department.
- Provides Assistant Manager - Maintenance with established and various reports and charts etc. to track key performance indicators.
- To secure that all works and task of the section are carried out according to safety rules guidelines.
- To follow all civil & facility work as per requirement.
- Accountable for proper Preventive Maintenance.
- Responsible for Preventive, Predictive and break down maintenance of all PSM Line,
- In cooperation with his superior and subordinates establish and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs on machinery as per Process Excellence, PM Module ensuring unscheduled repairs are minimized,
- Planning and execution of various shut down job,
- Planning and execution of preventive & predictive job,
- Analyses preventive works, unscheduled maintenance works and failure analysis data to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Improve machine uptime and prevent break downs using root cause analysis method.
- Make sure that all required spare parts are available on site all the time through a min-max inventory program.
- Responsible for training need identification and skill improvement of the team to achieve the department objectives.
- All improvement job coming as per company requirement.
- Ensure 100% safety is followed to achieve zero accidents.
