Job Description
The "Business Process Lead" is part of the GBES Business Operations and works closely with our Lifecycle Services global operations team to drive Business Process Optimization and enhancements, to enable improved customer experience of all stakeholders. This position will be interacting and managing the Project Nucleus including to provide technical support, maintenance activities and reporting analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVERABLES
This position will play a pivotal in managing and running the Project Nucleus Application for the LCS wide user base. The role responsibilities will include -
1. Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality.
- Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users to help them effectively use the system.
2. Project Maintenance:
- Maintain and update project documentation to reflect any changes or new features added during the sustenance phase.
- Implement necessary changes based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Ensure project content is up to date.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical users.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on project performance and user feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Own and manage customer experience by providing faster resolution, effortless experience, and better customer connect
6. Demonstrate Communication in a multi-channel contact environment (phone, email, chat, service tickets)
7. Identifies areas for continuous improvement in existing processes to reduce customer effort and aligns improvement projects to close shortfalls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
- Full-time Bachelors Degree mandatory.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in LCS Business Functions including experience / exposure on enterprise level user interface / experience platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite other productivity applications
- Willingness for business travel.
- Knowledge of Rockwell Automation Business Model
Desirable
- Exposure on Application blueprinting, design including managing change communication for implementation adoption of technology platform.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApp platform.
