Receptionist/ Office Coordinator

• We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Pune.
• The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and will ensure seamless front desk operations, a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, and efficient office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are seated comfortably and served water or refreshments as needed.
• Maintain a detailed visitor log and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor and regulate the use of air conditioning in the office PODs, ensuring they are on only where employees are seated.
• Handle all reception-level tasks, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and coordinating deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Female candidate with 3-6 years of experience in reception/office coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polite, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
