Banquet Sales Role & responsibilities

• Main point of contact for customers for booking the premise, providing excellent customer experience.
• Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Building strong relationships with customer understand function needs.
• Understanding about food menu offering to customer and various aspects of events.
• Close coordination with operation manager for closing sales deals to customer satisfaction.
• Create Sales presentations showcasing banquet services.
• Clearly communicate the unique selling points and advantages of hosting events.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor banquet packages to their specific requirements.
• Prepare detailed banquet proposals, including cost estimates and service details.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to with customers and closing the sales.
• Work closely with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide clear and detailed information to the operations team based on client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in Banquet sales
• Pleasent and dynamic personality
• Clear and smooth communication
• Willing to work as per business timing requirements.
