Your Opportunity
Sales Promotion Strategy Implementation
Communicate the commercial promotion plan to Territory Managers (TM) in assigned area and supervise all sales and marketing activities are executed as per the SOPs provided
Ensure execution of SKU wise and value wise monthly achievement of area primary secondary sales plan
Execution of the marketing campaigns through field team as per assigned timelines and provide feedback
Ensure proper detailing of product features and benefits using official detailing tools through field team
Planning
Providing competitor information and feedback on the category and business on regular basis
Identifying new markets in the assigned area for increasing the business prospects
Should ensure that all customers are covered through the field sales team as per the coverage plan and execution of permanent journey plan
Distribution Management
Monitor stockist performance through defined KPIs of the assigned area
Conduct due diligence and validate the new stockist appointments proposed by the TMs
Handle the escalations of the stockist and retailers through regular visits to sort out their issues and concerns regarding invoicing , accounts, price, competition, demand generation, slow moving products and schemes
Others
Handle all the escalations from stockiest / dealers / retailers / chemists / customers
Ensure all the sales and marketing activities of the team members are conducted in a complaint manner and as per Roche code of conduct
People Management
Ensure monthly review of sales performance vis a vis targets and initiate corrective actions, guidance to team members
Conduct regular team meetings (JCMs), review SE performance and share analysis (outcome) with concerned SE and reporting RM
Identify coaching needs, coach on the identified areas of the team members, and ensure successful execution of the same
Who you are
You hold a bachelors degree and 5+ years of sales experience in medical device/ pharma industry, minimum 3 years as people leader. Preferably, you have a Masters degree
You should have good understanding of chronic care business customers
