Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) at Chennai to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.
The Senior Tech Analyst works closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche s global affiliates and deliver high quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems. This role involves conceptualizing complex unstructured problems and apply analytical skills to address business questions
Your Opportunity
- Collaborate with US business partners, external and internal teams to understand and define requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Work with data stewards and business owners to ensure that data quality and compliance standards are met
- Leverage Palantir Foundry to develop and maintain data pipelines, integrate disparate data sources, and create a single, unified view of master data
- Use of Palantir Foundry s data modeling and analytics capabilities to identify patterns, improve data quality, and support decision-making across the organization
- Implement Foundry workflows to automate data management processes and enhance data governance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and data architects to ensure high levels of data quality by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues
- Provide guidance and training to business users, new team members on best practices and the use of Palantir Foundry
- Support data integration projects and ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Develop reports and dashboards in Palantir Foundry to provide insights into master data quality and usage
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management on various initiatives and data quality improvements
Who you are
- You holds Bachelor s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or other technical disciplines) and 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical role, with a focus on data management, data governance, data quality, and process improvement preferably in Pharma / Life Science / Biotech domain
- Proven experience using Palantir Foundry for data integration, data modeling, and data analytics
- Knowledge on ETL processes, MDM tools, and data governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of US pharmaceutical market and experience with Commercial Sales data would be a plus
