Job Title : Web Automation Engineer (Java Selenium)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Automation Engineer with expertise in Java Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, experience with Selenium WebDriver, and a passion for developing robust test automation frameworks. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.

- Ensure seamless integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and design effective test solutions.

- Conduct log analysis and debugging to identify and resolve issues in test scripts.

- Maintain version control using Git for efficient collaboration and code management.

- Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and methodologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Java concepts like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, and Exception Handling.

- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web element interactions and handling dynamic content.

- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks using Java and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.

- Experience with API Automation using REST Assured is a plus.

- Familiarity with Git for version control.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
