Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Lead proficient in utilizing MATLAB Simulink for model development, MScripting, as well as AUTOSAR application development, and capable of generating code from Simulink models.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform impact analysis of the new change points as part of requirment analysis & propose multiple technical solutions considering the readability/uniformity with in & across models considering cohesion/coupling/ optimization / effectiveness / throughtput of the generated code & explain the rationale of the same to the customer.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. Responsible for resolving queries and issues by collaborating with multiple suppliers and software providers.
- Engages in effective communication with multiple onsite coordinators and software providers to resolve queries and issues. Utilizes expertise in embedded software and hardware design to develop and review behavioral logic using MATLAB Stateflow/Simulink based on feature requirements.
- Provides guidance to the team in testing designed logic in MIL and SIL environments. Collaborates with feature engineers to reproduce and troubleshoot defects in the design. Actively participates in root cause analysis for software quality problems and defects.
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(V-cycle) and relevant tools is essential.
- Experience in Electric Power Steering(EPS) domain is required.
- Expected to have familiarity with Targetlink, MXAM, BTC Embedded Tester, and Polyspace.
- Certfied Project Management Professional.
- Consulting bent of mind.
- Attitude to take ownership of the outcome.
