Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact prospective schools, educators, and parents to encourage participation in the competitions, and promote kits, workshops, and events.
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and purchase processes.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing activities and maintain accurate lead databases.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding products and services.
• Schedule product demonstrations or connect leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Maintain detailed call records and prepare reports on daily activities and customer feedback.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and individual clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
