Monitoring delivery function and coordinating with delivery teams for all sorts of requirements
Assisting clients in query resolution
Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
Identifying new markets and growth opportunities as decided by the company
Standardization of Sales rate approvals and agreement processes
Strategizing and providing inputs on developing new products based on the specific requirements of the business/customers
Monitoring and reviewing closure of issues faced by new customers
