Executive / Sr. Executive - Accounts (Legal)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Executive / Sr. Executive - Accounts (Legal) to join our team. This role requires a solid understanding of legal and commercial agreements as well as accounting records, with a focus on both domestic and international compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate legal documentation and financial records while ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize legal and commercial agreements, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly filed.
• Review and update accounting records related to legal transactions.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international legal standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance-related documents for both domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of legal and accounting matters.
• Support the legal department in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal contracts and agreements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all compliance-related processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Experience in legal documentation and/or accounting.
• Knowledge of commercial agreements and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with domestic and international compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
